This week’s RAW ratings information is very interesting. First off, congratulations to WWE, and please open up your eyes.
Monday Night RAW drew a 4.4 rating this past Monday night, its highest in a long time, and a very solid score. The reason why is pretty obvious. The company gave the fans a tremendous PPV the night before which actually made us care, and based on how they’ve handled the draft (looking at the short-term, not at the long-term creative wise), everyone wanted to see who the last two picks in the draft are. And yes, you’re not going to believe it, but… The Diva Search mattered. Here’s why…
The $250,000 RAW Diva Search was the highest-rated segment on the show, drawing a 4.7 (!), the same number scored by the overrun, featuring the main event and the Hogan/Michaels/Cena show-down.
Wow.
