WWE.com has announced that Sumo Champion Akebono will be making more appearances for the company at their Japanese tour. Akebono will be teaming up with The Big Show to have his first wrestling match in Japan ever, while at another show, he will be at the big man’s corner. If you’re wondering why Randy Orton did not appear on RAW, although it took place from his hometown of St. Lois and he had been vocal about the Draft before, it was simply due to the fact that there was way too much going on at the show as it is, so if they had used Orton, he would have been lost in the shuffle of things and his appearance wouldn’t have mattered as much. He was, however, backstage at the show. He also went to the Fozzy concert after the event, where he was seen with Maven.
