Rey Mysterio suffered an injury on Saturday night, at the Winnipeg house show. This cause him to miss the house show in Grand Prairie, Alberta last night. From what we understand, it’s either a knee or a hamstring injury. Its severity is yet unknown. Hopefully Mysterio can work through it, as he’s in currently in the midst of what will probably be the feud of the year with Eddie Guerrero.
At the RAW show in Victoria last night, there was somewhat of an incident, when a young man hit the ring after the main event, where Batista beat Triple H and Ric Flair. Batista was interacting with the crowd when the teen hit the ring. That caused Triple H to immediatelly shove the guy hard into the ropes, which made the kid take a pretty hard whiplash. The referee took care of the teen afterwords by spearing him through the ropes so security nabbed him and put some cuffs on him. He was then grabbed by the throat when he started flailing, and he was dragged away. This goes to everybody out there who sometimes thinks it’ll be fun to come inside the ring or just jump the barrier – the wrestlers do NOT know who you are, and what you want out of them. They will not hesitate to hit you hard. It’s nothing personal, they’re just protecting themselves!
