Dustin Rhodes didn’t appear at the TNA Impact tapings the other day, although his girlfriend was present. We recently found out the reason, which was actually known in the back of the lockerroom. It turns out that Rhodes was arrested on 4/25 and charged with misdemeanor battery following a domestic incident at a hotel in Orlando, FL.
Rhodes actually appeared in court on the 26th and before being bonded out for $1,000 he was told to have no further contact with his girlfriend, live in a separate residence, as well as refrain from using alcohol or drugs. No future court hearings are scheduled.
