Well, after I had a little fun with my previous post, it’s back to being serious.
Dave Meltzer, alongside other sources, have been reporting that there’s the possibility of a 30-Men Battle Royal to be added to the WrestleMania card. It has not been 100% confirmed as of this writing, but the match is to take place either on Heat or on the PPV itself. Maven and Ron Simmons were at a local junior high school yesterday, and Maven mentioned you can see him in the match on Sunday. I would expect them to add the match to the actual PPV card, seeing as there’s only eight bouts (two of which feature Christy Hemme, and Akebono, meaning they should be kept short). Also, WWE is asking everyone who has a WrestleMania ticket to show up at 3:45 PM at the Staples Center, when the PPV begins at 4 PM. I doubt they’ll be doing anything that important on Heat. We’ll see what goes down.
