– The opening promo for Impact! hits and we are taken to Soundstage 21 at Universal Studios. A pyro display goes off in both entrances followed by a brief display above the ring.
America’s Most Wanted vs. Antonio Banks & Sal Rinauro
This match has a 10 minute time limit. The match starts with all four men brawling quickly. Both Banks and Rinauro are thrown to the outside right away. Harris elevates Storm over the top rope and takes out both Banks and Rinauro on the outside. Harris hits a big back body drop on Rinauro followed by a hanging suplex. Banks gets the tag and Harris hits two quick hip tosses. Banks fights back with a hook side-suplex, but gets taken down quickly with a jumping clothesline. Storm gets the tag as well as Rinauro. All four men hit the ring and Harris takes out Banks. Storm hits a big superkick on Rinauro. Harris goes up to the top rope, jumps and connects with the Death Sentence. Storm flips over for the pin to get the 1, 2, 3.
Winners: America’s Most Wanted
After the match, Team Canada hits the ring. They choke out both Harris and Storm in the corners. BG James and Konnan hit the ring and took out Team Canada. The remaining members of Team Canada, Bobby Roode and Scott D’Amore, hit the ring. Roode takes out AMW, but Triple X (Daniels & Primetime) hit the ring. The Naturals then appeared at the top of the ramp with the NWA World Tag Team Titles over their shoulders staring down the carnage in the ring.

– A video airs showing highlights of “The Alpha Male” Monty Brown in TNA. Numerous shots of him giving The Pounce to many TNA stars was shown.
“The Alpha Male” Monty Brown vs. Bruce Steele
This match has a 10 minute time limit. The match starts with both men locking up and Brown pushing away Steele quickly. Brown takes down Steele and hits some hard elbows to the head. Brown hits some stiff kicks on Steele in the corner followed by a few chops. Brown irish whips Steele into the opposite corner and hits a big knee to the back. Brown responds with a few more elbows to the head and throws Steele into the other corner. Steele hits a clothesline in the corner and unleashes a few right and lefts. Brown fights back with an overhead suplex. Brown sends Steele into the ropes, goes off the opposite side and connects with The Pounce. Brown taunts a bit and then covers Steele for the 1, 2, 3.
Winner: “The Alpha Male” Monty Brown
After the match, Raven appeared at ringside. When he turned around, Sabu appeared and jumped off the announcers table taking out Raven. Both Raven and Sabu brawled until security broke it up.

– We come back from commercial and Raven and Sabu are continuing to stare each other down. Sabu is in the ring while Raven is on the outside staring him down. Sabu then pushes the security and referee aside, jumping off a steel chair already set up in the ring and taking out Raven over the steel guard railing in the process. Sabu gives Raven some hard rights as they exit the Impact! arena.
AJ Styles vs. Jason Cross
This match has a 10 minute time limit. The match starts with both men locking up, Cross does two rollovers, Styles fights back with a quick snapmare and sunset flip off the ropes. Both men exchange various pinfalls until Styles fights back with a huge dropkick. Styles attempts to jump over the top rope to take out Cross on the outside, but Cross rolls in quickly and Styles catches himself on the ring apron. Styles then springboards himself off the top rope and hits a big flying clothesline taking out Cross in the middle of the ring. Cross rolls to the ring apron, Styles charges and Cross nails his head off the top rope. Cross then jumps over Styles from the ring apron and drives his head into the ring. Cross hits a snapmare followed by a leg drop. Cross goes up to the top, jumps and misses the Crossfire. Styles hits a back body drop and two big clotheslines. Styles charges at Cross, Cross throws him over the ropes to the ring apron, Styles jumps back in, sprinboarding himself off the ropes and flipping into a reverse DDT. (This one had to be seen to believe it) Styles then picks up Cross and connects with the Styles Clash to get the 1, 2, 3.
Winner: AJ Styles

– Pictures from the PPV event this past Wedesday was shown of Jeff Jarrett getting involved in the confrontation between Vince Russo and Dusty Rhodes. Jeff Hardy, Monty Brown and Ron “The Truth” Killings got involved as well. Mike Tenay brings up that Jeff Hardy has been named the #1 contender for Jeff Jarrett’s NWA World Heavyweight Title.
Jeff Hardy vs. Gabriel
This match has a 10 minute time limit. The match starts with Gabriel hitting some hard rights on Hardy backing him into the corner. Gabriel hits some chops on Hardy in the corner, but Hardy fights back with a clothesline in the opposite corner. Hardy lifts himself up using the turnbuckle and launches his feet into the gut of Gabriel. Hardy hits a quick powerslam and does his double-leg pin for a two count. Hardy hits a big DDT and rakes the eyes of Gabriel as he gets back up on his feet. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate, goes up to the top, jumps and connects with the Swanton Bomb. Hardy covers Gabriel and gets the 1, 2, 3.

Six Points of Impact! w/ Jeff Hammond
This week’s segment takes a look at the upcoming 20 Man Open Invitational Guantlet for the X Division Title this Wednesday night on PPV. First off, Hammond points out this is the first time TNA will be using a six-sided ring for this type of a match. Second, having the “luck of the draw” will be key in who comes out the winner. Third, there will be no allies or friends when it comes to winning the X Title. Fourth, having a “bag of tricks” will help you benefit in staying alive. Fifth, having a strong finishing move will also play a big factor. And finally, plenty of surprises to look forward to.
– We go to ringside with Mike Tenay and Don West. West reminds the fans to go to TNAwrestling.com if they are interested in becoming a wrestler as the TNA Gut Check takes place on September 6th and 7th. Both run down the card for this Wednesday night’s PPV event as well.
– NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett comes out to the arena. He grabs the mic from Mike Tenay and tells Jeff Hardy that they don’t need to wait until Wednesday night for the championship committee to announce a date. Jarrett calls out Hardy so they can do this right here, right now. Jeff Hardy comes out and meets Jarrett at ringside. Both men brawl around the ring. Hardy tosses Jarrett inside, but Jarrett hits some stiff kicks. Hardy takes down Jarrett with a big kick and then clotheslines him over the top rope. All three members of The Elite Guard hit the ring, but Hardy takes out all of them. Jarrett hits the ring and knocks out Hardy with the NWA World Title. Jarrett locks on the Figure Four on Hardy until Ron “The Truth” Killings hits the ring. Dusty Rhodes comes out as well, yelling at Jarrett as he leaves with The Elite Guard. Vince Russo comes out to the ring, but Rhodes pushes him away from checking on Jeff Hardy.

Michael Shane (w/ Traci), Kazarian, Kid Kash (w/ Dallas) & Petey Williams (w/ Scott D’Amore) vs. Triple X (Daniels & Primetime), Chris Sabin & Sonjay Dutt
This match has a 10 minute time limit. The match starts with Kazarian and Sonjay Dutt. Kazarian hits a quick hip toss and Dutt fights back with a shoulder block. Dutt hits a big chop, flips over Kazarian and hits a big head scissors takedown. Chris Sabin gets the tag and Dutt/Sabin double team Kazarian, hitting a leg drop and splash. Petey Williams gets the tag and counters a monkey flip by landing on his feet. Williams charges at Sabin getting up on his shoulders, Sabin flips him back down and hits a quick kick to the back of the head. Kid Kash comes in and takes out Sabin. Triple X come in and take out Kash, Kazarian and Michael Shane. Triple X help lift Sabin over the top rope to the outside, allowing Sabin to take out Kazarian, Shane, Kash & Williams.
–COMMERCIAL BREAK–
We come back from commercial and Shane and Kazarian are exchanging punches. During the break, Kid Kash was able to hit a big double-hook suplex on Sabin thanks to Dallas tripping up Sabin on the outside as he went off the ropes. Back in the ring, Shane takes down Sabin with a quick elbow to the face. Kash gets the tag and hits a hard chop on Sabin. Kash hits a low blow on Sabin followed by a brainbuster suplex. Shane gets the tag, nails Sabin off the turnbuckle, but Sabin fights back with some hard rights. Sabin counters a back suplex into a DDT. Christopher Daniels and Petey Williams get the tag. Kash hits the ring and Daniels gives both a double clothesline. Kash jumps up on the top rope, jumps off and connects with a big hurricanranna on Daniels. Primetime gives Kash a quick spinebuster, but Kazarian takes him out with a dropkick. Dutt takes out Kazarian and hits a moonsault. All eight men brawl in the ring. Six of those involved spill to the outside. In the ring, Dutt goes up to the top, pushes Traci down, Dutt jumps and connects with the Hindu Press. Dutt goes for the pin, but Scott D’Amore distracts the referee. Raven then hits the ring and gives Dutt a big Evenflow DDT. Williams picks up Dutt and hits the Canadian Destroyer for the 1, 2, 3.
Winners: Shane, Kazarian, Kash & Williams
After the match, the 3 Live Kru hit the ring. Everyone involved begins to brawl.
