Many backstage are wondering if WWE will try and set up the Goldberg vs. Rock match that was talked about last year for WrestleMania. The plan was for Goldberg to go over The Rock last year at Backlash, only to return the favor at WMXX. The match does not seem too sensible now, but that was the loose agreement last year.
Right now, no member of the McMahon family is scheduled for a match at WrestleMania. Vince vs. Austin was originally talked about, but is not on the card at this point. With Vince remaining firm that he wants WrestleMania to focus on the present and future stars of the company, it should be interesting if he decides to throw himself into that mix, something he has not talked about too much.
