In the newest issue of Smackdown! Magazine, in the ”Smacktalk” section they talk about Lesnar possibly holding the title for a long period of time. Below is the exact paragraph:
A famous london casino constantly updates its betting lines, including WWE and its champions. Recently, the casino posted a line on which Superstar would hold the WWE Championship for the longest stretch in 2004. It posted Brock Lesnar as the 1-2 favorite. The casino’s bookmaker told Smackdown! Magazine , ”Lesnar has been so thoroughly dominant in the past 18 months that we felt it would would be a losing proposition for us to install him as anything less than the clear-cut favorite. Although Smackdown! Superstars like Kurt Angle and John Cena are capable of defeating him, we have a difficult time seeing Lesnar without the title for an extended period of time.”
With Brock Lesnar’s recent actions, one would think that this has to be true, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
