I just wanted to let you know that in the Toronto Area yesterday, they had Lita doing the media rounds for last night’s house show, which started on Thursday with TSN Off the Record. Also, they gave away a lot of tickets to last night’s show on several radio stations, which isn’t a good sign. They even said on the radio the show wasn’t sold out. To show you how bad it was, CP24 in Toronto (A version of CNN for Toronto area news), had a giveaway Thursday morning for the 7th Caller who could knew Lita’s real name. They wound up giving it to the 5th caller cause no one was calling in and the 5th caller had the answer.
The highest rated quarter hour of Thursday’s edition of SmackDown! occurred at 9 pm, which did a 3.9. From then on, the numbers dropped, doing a 3.7, 3.5 and 3.7 to the end of the show.
Ric Flair will be on ESPN2’s “Cold Pizza” show on Tuesday morning. The show airs from 7-9 a.m. ET, rerunning from 9-11 a.m. ET.
Finally, WWE has an ad in Entertainment Weekly this week and featured in it is none other than Vince McMahon.
