The current rumor is that WWE wants to relocate their developmental system to the New England area where it would be closer to the company’s headquarters so it won’t be as far to go for the personnel that reviews talent.
Michael Cole is said to always be seeking out critiques for his broadcast work and asks for advice from the more experienced staff members of WWE in various departments. On the other hand, several backstage in WWE have said that Jonathan Coachman has not and seems very self-satisfied with his work, despite Vince McMahon confronting him on a number of occasions.
