WWE’s ‘food poisoning’ comment about Steve Austin was nothing more then a blatant lie by Jim Ross. Steve had planned yesterday off for quite some time and the company knew about it way ahead of time. First, it’s he ‘tripped in the shower’ and now he has ‘food poisoning’. Is there any reason why you need to lie to your fans?
The plan ahead of time was to give Gail Kim the belt last night to make her first appearance a ‘special moment’. Jazz, as we reported earlier, did pop her shoulder out but she’ll be able to compete next week.
We keep hearing rumors about people who received their WrestleMania bonus checks last week. Many are said to be not happy and that they were much lower than expected. Some people even went as far as to agree that the company really is in a downfall right now and are wondering when things will change, if ever.
